Accommodation and meals provided whilst working Weekly pays with Superannuation on all hours worked Job Description AssetOn is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner with CHPP fixed plant experience, aiming to secure a position within the mining sector alongside a reputable tier one company located in the Middlemount region. The role involves maintaining and improving maintenance planning to maximise fixed plant equipment maintenance.
Support planning functionality focusing on fixed plant assets. Implementing maintenance techniques to ensure high safety, productivity, and reliability of equipment. Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts. Prioritising work and effectively managing time. Playing an active role in forecasting costs for short to mid-term needs. Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers and key suppliers. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, OH&S standards, and site policies and procedures. Requirements Demonstrated maintenance planning experience of at least 2+ years, utilising SAP. Trade qualification, Boilermaking, Diesel Fitting, Mechanical etc. Thorough comprehension of preventative maintenance principles. Essential experience in CHPP fixed plant equipment. A strong background in effective work management processes. Preference for candidates with mining experience, though those with transferable skills from backgrounds such as mining or defense will also be highly regarded. Full working rights in Australia.
