Senior Change Officer (Timetable Super User)Apply locations St Lucia Campus time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R-45469Information Technology Services3 x Full-time, fixed-term positions until June 2025Base salary will be in the range $89,861 - $96,402 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6)Based at our vibrant St Lucia campusAbout This OpportunityServe as a Change Champion and Super User for the Timetabling and Room Booking (TTRB) Software Implementation Project, providing hands-on support to faculties and schools during the Semester 2, 2025 Timetable Build.Key responsibilities will include:Training & Support: Develop training materials, deliver sessions, and assist staff in applying new business processes and tools for timetable management. This includes:Business Process Uplift and System training for directly impacted staff and briefing for other staff.Testing & Implementation: Develop and execute UAT test cases for Schedule Plus, Rooms Plus, and Allocate Plus;System Transition: Provide post-implementation support, including supporting Timetable staff in faculties/schools to build the Semester 2, 2025 Timetable.Collaboration & Communication: Work with the Senior Business Analyst and Change Lead to update stakeholders and ensure effective project communication.About YouEssential:Degree with 2+ years of timetabling/room booking experience, ability to quickly learn new software packages, and experience in business process improvements.Demonstrated experience or aptitude to coach and support teams.Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.High-level written and interpersonal skills, being able to communicate clearly and precisely with stakeholders through a variety of channels.Knowledge of using the Microsoft suite of products, including Teams.Desirable:Previous experience of user acceptance testing (UAT), project/change management experience, Agile way of working, including the use of Jira.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia, criminal check etc.Work Rights:You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
