Job Description Role - Senior Change Manager - Req 53910 Permanent / Part-time(3 Days per week)Location: Sydney How will I help? Drive organizational change initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives.Lead the assessment of change requirements and develop comprehensive change plans.Oversee stakeholder engagement and ensure commitment to the change process.Manage change-related risks and provide regular status updates.Manage change initiatives, advising on scope, impact, and scheduling.Ensure stakeholders are prepared to receive and embed change, addressing issues to achieve successful outcomes.Provide regular status updates on change programs, including budget, progress, risks, and resource allocation.Develop and coach individuals and teams to meet project requirements. What do I need? Postgraduate qualifications in Change Management or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.Completion of advanced change programs like Understanding Change, Delivering Change, and Coaching for Change.Demonstrable track record of at least 5 years in managing highly complex change initiatives.Strong people management skills and experience in business-related roles.Ability to transition from program mode to Business As Usual (BAU) effectively.
