Location - Sydney [Remote] About The Role: This role will work directly with our customer and play a pivotal role in leading and delivering the change management strategy during their Workday transformation project. The role provides leadership to both CloudRock and the customer change team in the delivery of the transformation.
Key Job Responsibilities Design, drive and deliver comprehensive change strategies to support adoption of new processes, technology, organisation and cultural changesDevelopment of change impact assessments and change dashboards to be used with Executive stakeholders to drive the readiness and adoption agendaMonitor quality assurance across change deliverables, from Change Leadership, Readiness and Adoption, Communications & Engagement and Learning Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Engage with senior client stakeholders from Phase 0, across all phases of the programme lifecycle, ensuring a people-centric approach to every transformationDevelop targeted communication plans to support complex technology transformations, using innovative channels, addressing specific hotspots and deploying effective engagement tacticsTraining & Enablement Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to equip end-users with the necessary skills to adopt new solutions effectivelyCollaborate with training specialists to create role-specific learning materials and post-go-live support maximising the use of innovative technologyProvide coaching, education and mentoring to client change teams, building capability and establishing sustainable client change skillsChange Monitoring & Adoption Define key success metrics and develop mechanisms to measure adoption and user engagementLead efforts to identify and address barriers to adoption, ensuring a positive user experienceProvide mentorship and guidance to junior change management professionals within the teamLead the development and implementation of integrated change plans, understanding critical dependencies with workstreams and external programmesPartner with cross functional teams including Project Managers, Workday Consultants and Business Analysts to ensure alignment between technical deliverable and organisational needs.Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to timeNecessary Experience 10+ years of technology enabled change management experience in large-scale, global organisations experiencing major end to end transformationsKnowledge of latest technologies to support delivery of change management – MENTI, MIRO, PowerBI, LMS, ServiceNowNecessary Skills/Competencies Technical Competence Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools to provide an end to end change journey with employee experience at its heartFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleAbility to design, lead and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshopsAbility to scope, shape and develop appropriate resourcing profiles and budgets for change delivery on complex technology transformation programmesUnderstanding of change network concepts and how to best advise our clients on solutions that will work for their specific needs – roles, sizing, activities etc.Deep knowledge of communications required to support complex technology transformations, including comms planning, innovative channels, specific hotspots and effective engagement tacticsDeep knowledge of learning, training and knowledge strategies – how to effectively plan, resource and develop a learning curriculum based on audience groups and maximising the use of innovative technologyInterpersonal Competence Exceptional consulting, communication and presentation skillsAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships, working at all levels within an organisation, from C-Suite down.Experienced influencer of othersStrong Problem solving and root-cause identification skillsVersatility – can work across the full lifecycle of a technology programme and range from being strategic to hands-on when neededFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersThe Ideal Candidate Change Management certification (eg Prosci, CCMP)Workday certifications or familiarity with Workday HCM/FinancialsExperience in the development of the change management go-to-market strategy and sales proposition – including pitch decks, demos, Partner and client briefingsWe Offer You: A great environment to learn, develop and be successful in what you doOpportunity to support our work with some of the World's most recognisable brandsCompetitive package and hybrid work modelTravel opportunities for key eventsCareer growth opportunities (as we're growing rapidly!)About CloudRock CloudRock is a leading digital transformation consultancy, headquartered in the UK, with offices in India, US, Portugal & Australia.
