Work with an innovative team who values your unique perspective!A workplace to be you!Your experience in Banking programs will ensure your successWork life balance – hybrid work from home and our offices in Qld or SAWhat you'll be doing:In this pivotal role, you will partner with various divisions across the bank to successfully manage the change delivery of a large and complex banking programs.
You will develop strong stakeholder relationships, effectively direct change resources, change issue and risk identification and resolution and produce realistic and robust change management plans at a project and program level.Your key responsibilities will include:Contributing to the implementation of the change strategy and activities by advocating, assessing, and leading the delivery of the change management strategy.Ensuring the alignment of program change initiatives with the overarching program's strategic approach.Leading change management efforts as a people leader, overseeing Change Managers and Change Analysts.Representing project and program level change at change and governance forums when required.Conducting comprehensive stakeholder and persona-based analysis to inform detailed stakeholder management.Ensuring all artefacts created are compliant with all Delivery Practices and People First Bank-wide policies, risk management and standards.About you:As an experienced Senior Change Manager with a solid background in Financial Services projects and/or complex transformation programs, you are a strategic thinker which enables you to align change initiatives with overarching goals and regulatory requirements.
Your leadership skills allow you to inspire and guide teams through periods of change and your exceptional communication abilities facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders including senior executives, department heads and front-line employees.We also seek:Demonstrated deep understanding of change management principles.Experience leading change management teams in a highly complex banking program or project environments.Working knowledge of best practice change management models and awareness of underlying psychology and neuroscience models and concepts.Demonstrated experience leading change in banking programs that has incorporated cultural, organisational structure, policy, process, and technology changes.Experience in end-to-end change management delivery which includes strategies to implement and embed change into BAU, including building capability to manage change.Experience working in both Agile and waterfall delivery environments.Why you'll love working with us:People First Bank – our new brand – says exactly what we're all about: people.
