Reporting to the Program Change Manager, the Senior Change Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to analyse, plan and deliver impactful change and communications within the MyTime@UQ Program.In this pivotal role, you will refine comprehensive change and communication strategies and translate both of these to action-oriented plans that support successful delivery across multiple complex projects.
Working closely with academic, professional, and research teams, you'll ensure smooth transitions and lasting benefits realisation.Your expertise will guide innovative solutions to change challenges, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic program benefits.
You will lead stakeholder engagement efforts, develop impactful communication materials, and coach leaders to effectively manage change.
