Senior Change & Communications Officer

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement change & communication plans to support projects & initiatives across the organisation and to support the achievement of Digital Customer (SSQ) strategic objectives and operational initiatives.
Develop communication activities and materials for internal stakeholders and provide advice and support regarding the use and purpose of Digital Customer (SSQ)'s key internal communication channels.
Conduct change impact assessments and provide advice to maximise project outcomes; including but not limited to working with project managers, initiative leads and other stakeholders, to plan and deliver integrated change and communication plans for Smart Service projects and initiatives.
Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management plans and communication materials to ensure achievement of desired organisational change outcomes.
Support and work closely with project and initiative leads regarding the communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and to foster commitment to these changes.
Work with the Change Manager to facilitate stakeholder workshops and other required change management engagement activities.
