About the Role The Senior Category Manager (Technology) provides expert advice and specialist support across CSV to ensure consistency in approach in all procurement activities related to technology services and solutions. The provision of advice may also include, but is not limited to, the management of the sourcing process including responsibilities such as the development of tender and contract documentation, specifications, evaluation plans and coordination of the evaluation process.
Responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end category management activities across technology services and solutions.Developing procurement category strategies for technology and undertaking appropriate sourcing activities which generate operational efficiencies, and achieving financial savings targets through market insight and category spend analysis.Using influencing and negotiation skills to effectively address stakeholder requirements.Interpreting and translating organisational strategy into meaningful plans and objectives including contributing to the ongoing evolution of commercial management practices in CSV.About You To be successful in this role you will:
