Job Description - Senior Category Manager (2407028554W) Senior Category Manager This contract role is responsible for leading category strategy and execution in partnership with the Business Unit, driving growth and innovation across the ANZ region.
The role will also support brands such as Nicorette and another brand with a seasonal focus.
This position reports into Category Strategy Manager and is based in Ultimo.
What you will do Lead category strategy and execution within the Business Unit, driving growth and innovation across the ANZ region.Develop strategic insights based on category trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement growth plans, and oversee new product introductions.Analyze category performance, manage category reviews, and ensure effective communication with sales and marketing teams.Utilize category trends & growth drivers to inform category growth initiatives.Partner with CBI on Shopper Insight knowledge agenda.Work with Marketing to input into holistic growth plans and translate these into tailored account plans.Prepare GTM plans for NPI including sales briefs, NLF's, key sell in decks, and activation plans.Identify and feed category shopper insights into integrated marketing briefs.Provide insights into category & competitor performance and drivers to inform decision making.Represent category in Internal Business Planning meetings.Develop category strategy including range, must stock list, planogram, pricing, promotional strategy and NPI NLF.Contribute to the category review process and build category narrative and recommendations.Support customer engagements by providing category growth and performance drivers.What we are looking for Required Qualifications 5 years of FMCG experience in category/sales/trade marketing.Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.Ability to work independently with high day-to-day autonomy and minimal supervision.Desired Qualifications Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.What's In It For You Benefits include Onsite Parking, Flexible Working, Health and Wellness Reimbursement, Volunteering Days and much more!
