Join our team and become a part of a crucial initiative in supporting individuals exiting correctional facilities ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior case worker to join the CREST program for Open Minds on a full-time basis, with a maximum term contract until 30/06/2025.
This will be based at Townsville Correctional Centre and Community Corrections Office.
ABOUT THE CREST PROGRAM The Northern Region Community Re-Entry Service Team (CREST) program provides extensive support, both in prison and post-release, for up to three months, aimed at facilitating successful reintegration into the community and preventing repeat offenses.
We support clients by working collaboratively with them, their families, personal supports, and other key stakeholders, as outlined in their client plans prior to release, to enhance their quality of life through community involvement.
