The programs aim to divert young people aged 12-18 away from the statutory system and reduce the need for Child Protection involvement.Your new roleIn addition to holding a caseload of complex cases, you will be responsible for providing formal supervision and mentoring support to other Case Managers within the team.
You will work collaboratively with families, carers, schools and other specialist services to ensure that desired client outcomes are achieved.
