Overview Your Role The Senior Case Manager is responsible for the Management of a portfolio of claims under the WIRC Act where the primary focus is on proactive claims management service for all customers. Due to growth, we currently have a permanent full-time position available with a flexible hybrid approach, working in our Melbourne CBD office and WFH and there will be the requirement to attend onsite visits to the client sites in VIC. The role will focus on the RTW and recovery of the injured worker in collaboration with their employer and treatment team. This will require you to build strong working relationship with your aligned employer to achieve sustainable claims outcomes for their injured workers and business. You will specialise in all part of the claims management process including initial liability determinations, return to work planning, claim closure, dispute resolution and more. The role will focus on the RTW and recovery of the injured worker in collaboration with their employer and treatment team. This will require you to build strong working relationship with your aligned employer to achieve sustainable claims outcomes for their injured workers and business.
