Put the customer at the heart of everything you doFeel empowered to make a positive impactBe trusted to do what's rightYou'll be responsible for: Managing your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisationBuilding effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomesAssessing claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirementsAssessing and managing injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation, and interpret medical reportsReview treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims managementMake settlement offers and attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisationAttend conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyersImportant to your success: Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health or related disciplinesProven para-legal personal injury experience a preferenceInsurance Claims experience, within CTP / Personal Injury a preference Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislationSkills to manage a target driven case loadHaving a genuine customer focused approachNegotiation and conflict-resolution skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on offer?
