The Case Consultant will use their communication expertise to gather and share information with a broad range of stakeholders.You will execute the Claims Philosophy to support customers' genuine needs and return to work where possible.Shortly after commencing in this Senior role, this individual will have the exciting opportunity to step up into a Lead role for a 12-month period. You will then be responsible for providing technical support and leadership to a team of up to four experienced Case Consultants.
