Senior Campaign Analyst – Foxtel Premium Business
We are seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to drive and support direct campaign activities across our Foxtel Premium Business Unit.
Reporting to the Head of Campaign Operations, you will take the lead in preparing and executing campaigns, providing key analytics to inform strategy and improve targeting. You'll be responsible for identifying essential data attributes, evaluating alternative strategies, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and the capabilities of current campaign management systems.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, research, and technology teams to tailor campaign initiatives, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
Act as the subject matter expert on campaign data, identifying necessary attributes and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Analyse campaign performance, offering insights to enhance targeting, effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with IT and Marketing teams to manage technical and business requirements for new data attributes or system enhancements.
Conduct pre- and post-campaign analytics, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a positive team culture and supporting campaign success.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years in campaign execution, ideally within subscription media, telecommunications, or banking.
Proficient in Adobe Campaign, Unica, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong SQL skills and experience in relational databases.
Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Strong communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Experience mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
