We are seeking a confident, meticulous, and SENIOR CABINETMAKER to play a key part in one of South Australia's most proactive and reputable manufacturing businesses.
INAVOGUE has been servicing the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide Metro areas for over 30 years with high-end cabinetry and joinery, in both residential and small commercial projects.
We have a diverse range of clients and each day is a chance to work on new and exciting projects.
We invite the right candidates to complement our production team and take INAVOGUE to another level of professionalism and quality.
We also have pathways to develop your skills into Technical Detailing/Drafting for experienced cabinetmakers who want to progress their career.
Our factory and showroom is situated in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, within a relaxing 20-minute drive up the freeway.
Requirements: 5 years cabinet making or joinery experience, or related skillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal, to both colleagues and clientsAbility to think outside the square and provide realistic solutionsAbility to effectively collaborate and support the objectives of the design teamAbility to read and understand plans and drawings relating to cabinetryProvide a calm, responsible, respectful, and positive attitudeGood time managementValid driver's licencePrimary responsibilities: Work closely with the factory manager, detailers and scheduling team regarding job prioritisation and workflow progressProvide guidance and general direction to other cabinetmakers and apprentices to achieve schedules and goalsPerform all work expected of a fully qualified cabinetmaker as required in the production of cabinetryFinal inspections of cabinetry manufacture prior to installationAttend job sites for final check measures, installation of cabinetry, and problem solving as requiredEnsure a high-quality finish and handover is experienced by our clients, every timeCollaborate with other departments to implement continuous improvement and help drive growth and development of the team and business #J-18808-Ljbffr
