You will be a critical part of the Merchandise team and thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment.Why work at Billini?Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day work from home, 4 days work from the officeGenerous staff discounts on Billini and Banbe productsModern office space in MarrickvilleClose to transport links – our office is less than a 10 minute walk from Sydenham train stationA day off on your birthdayEnjoy regular team bonding eventsDog friendly officeWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for but not limited to:Managing various aspects of buying through the knowledge of key seasonal trends, product sell through and customer feedback from retail storesOTB management at a topline and category levelLead in building commercial ranges, ensuring the customer is top of mindAnalysing results and maintaining decision making reportsWorking with the Planning team on identifying stock movements and markdownsWorking closely with the Product team to ensure product ranges are in line with business and customer requirementsAdhering to critical path timelines to ensure stock is delivered at the right timeMonitoring stock deliveries and communicating to wider business on ITSDVisiting retail stores and promoting an open and receptive culture between the retail team and buying teamPartnering with new store openings including initial stock buyAnalysing seasonal results and strategy according to OTB and sales budgetsIn-season and post season analysisPromoting cross-functional communication with relevant stakeholdersWhat you will need:+5 years' experience as a Senior Buyer role ideally within the fashion industryAdvanced Excel skills are a mustStrong analytical and reporting skillsCapable of working in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume retailerHighly driven to achieve sell through KPI's and sales budgetsExcellent communication and computer skillsProven ability to work independently as well as within a teamApparel 21 (ERP) experience preferred but not essentialAbout us:Billini is Australia's leading and fastest growing brands of women's fashion footwear and accessories at affordable price points.
