About the role: As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll provide trusted consultation and advice to stakeholders across the university by identifying and understanding their needs, assisting them through project scoping activities, facilitating requirements elicitation and supporting and influencing the solution design approach to implement innovative solutions that contribute towards adding value to the university. You will act as the intermediary between IT and other business areas, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes.
More specifically the role entails:
Documenting systems and requirementsDefining and documenting processes and solutionsEngaging with and delivering workshops with disparate university stakeholdersLeading engagement with Design Led Thinking and Human Centred Design conceptsCollaborating with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Change Managers and Commercial ManagersEngaging the market with vendors on solutions, integrations, requirements, scope definitions and budgets.For full position details, refer to the position description.
