About the role: As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll provide trusted consultation and advice to stakeholders across the university by identifying and understanding their needs, assisting them through project scoping activities, facilitating requirements elicitation and supporting and influencing the solution design approach to implement innovative solutions that contribute towards adding value to the university. You will act as the intermediary between IT and other business areas, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes.
More specifically the role entails:
Documenting systems and requirements Defining and documenting processes and solutions Engaging with and delivering workshops with disparate university stakeholders Leading engagement with Design Led Thinking and Human Centred Design concepts Collaborating with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Change Managers and Commercial Managers Engaging the market with vendors on solutions, integrations, requirements, scope definitions and budgets. Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,816 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
