The Role
If you are a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives working in a complex customer-oriented and high-volume environment to implement system improvements, analyse new system releases and manage information integrity, we would love you to join our Business Support Team.

Develop positive networks and relationships with key stakeholders to continually improve business processes and systems. Act as primary contact with end users (staff and students) of the Student Management Systems (SMS), Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) and associated applications, to resolve problems and improve functionality and enhance the student experience. Share your expertise by training end users in system usage and functionality. About You
Your resume should evidence experience and capabilities within the following priority areas:
Previous experience working in a similar role and operating within a very busy customer focused environment. Knowledge management experience within complex business systems, including the ability to extract and interrogate the accuracy of data, and test software applications. Project management capability (relevant to the role), including delivering results through effective planning and execution of system and process improvements, achieved through effective consultation with key stakeholders. Change management capability including stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and training end users to achieve sustainable change. Proven ability to investigate, identify and analyse key issues and associated alternatives, benefits, and costs to develop practical solutions (consider creative and innovative cost-effective solutions). Experience with web scripting and database query languages is desirable, but not essential. You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence and Courage.

These full time, ongoing and fixed-term positions attract remuneration of $92,087 – $99,353pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
