Provide business support across a collaborative team within State Government. The department is looking for a Senior Business Support Officer based in Adelaide. Your new role Reporting to the Manager for the Office of the Chief Executive, you will provide effective and efficient administration services across the Division. You will undertake and support a range of functions, including records management, executive support, copy editing, coordination of briefing and meeting documentation, and other administrative duties as required. You will support and contribute to the development and implementation of relevant and effective strategies, policies, and procedures to meet the goals and objectives of the OCE. What you'll need to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands Attention to detail High level of confidentiality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to deal with senior executives across the department and across government What you'll get in return An initial 4-month temporary engagement within State Government with potential for extension, a competitive hourly rate of an ASO4 or ASO5 equivalent Super, along with the ability to utilise your skills to assist the South Australian community.
