The role is responsible for:
Delivering high level administrative support relating to human resources including maintenance of personal files, staff audits and recruitment and selection processes. Overseeing and processing payroll data in a 24/7 shift environment as required, ensuring accuracy in alignment with industrial agreements, roster records, and employee entitlements. Monitoring the delivery of administrative support services within the Directorate, providing leadership, training, and delegating tasks to ASO2 team members. Providing comprehensive financial support to the Business Manager, including invoice approvals and fulfilling monthly management reporting requirements as directed by the Business Manager. About You We are looking for an organised individual with administrative experience who can manage a high volume and diverse workload, work under pressure, organise priorities, meet deadlines and take initiative.
To excel in this role, you should be able to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
If you have the ability to follow procedures to prevent errors, take corrective action when required, and maintain high attention to detail and accuracy, then this may be the role for you.
