Network Design and Integration Group The purpose of this Group is to deliver transport priorities through the development and delivery of an integrated pipeline of projects and support the Major Transport Infrastructure Program. The Network Pipeline and Program Division lead and manage the forward transport pipeline and forward infrastructure programs. The team develop and advise on priorities for infrastructure investment to meet Government's strategic objectives and deliver benefits to the community. About the Role The Senior Business Support Officer provides administrative support to the Executive Director Network Pipeline and Program, the NP&P senior leadership team and broader division, including preparing briefings, coordinating and collating of divisional information requests and reporting (including fortnightly Ministerial reporting, PAECs/PPQs, DTP monthly program reports, election reporting and other Divisional governance reporting). The position demonstrates high level of communication and organisation skills and the use of organisational systems (including e-briefings, recruitment, PAEC/PPQ, procurement and finance systems). The Senior Business Support Officer requires high level corporate knowledge of the business and applies this to the business and process models. To access the position description, please click here. Stakeholder Management (Accomplished): Identifies issues in common for one or more clients or stakeholders and uses them to build mutually beneficial partnerships; Identifies and responds to stakeholder's underlying needs; Uses understanding of the stakeholder's organisational context to ensure outcomes are achieved. Knowledge management and business continuity (Accomplished): Knowledge management and business continuity is integrated into risk management planning for all projects; Knowledge management is included in the learning and development opportunities available to all team members. Qualifications and Experience Desirable Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or other relevant experience. Working knowledge of the Victorian Public Sector landscape, policies and procedures. A high level of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite, as well as a general proficiency in data analysis, are mandatory for this position. Experien
