The Department for Child Protection is currently seeking Senior Business Support Officers to join the Residential Care team's recruitment pool.
The roles are responsible for:
Providing high level administrative services, leadership and training relating to payroll, finance, budget requirements, human resources, facilities and records management on behalf of the Directorate.Maintaining records and information systems in relation to Workforce, Finance and other administrative processes and procedures and contributing to continuous business improvement outcomes across the business unit.Providing a high level of financial support service to the Business Manager including invoicing, assisting approval of invoicing and monthly management reporting requirements.Undertaking investigative and minor project and research activities on behalf of the Business Unit.About You We are looking for organised individuals with administrative experience and a high attention to detail who are able to organise priorities and take initiative.
To be successful you will have the ability to follow procedures and processes to avoid errors as well as identifying problems through research to provide effective solutions.
Your ability to work within a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, whilst maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information is highly desirable.
