Job SummaryThe Senior Business Solutions Analyst will play a critical role in delivering high-quality business solutions that drive informed decision-making and business outcomes for key stakeholders.
This position is an integral part of the Delivery function at Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent, focusing on the delivery of digital assets across superannuation and advice. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and its clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, elicit, and document business requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.Manage the requirements lifecycle, ensuring traceability and validation.Facilitate solution design and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.Provide support to other teams involved in project delivery.Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the superannuation sector.Sound working knowledge of superannuation systems and business functions.Experience with collaboration and workflow tools, including JIRA and Confluence.RequirementsIIBA qualifications, such as the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or Certificate Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).Agile Business Analyst Certification, such as the Certified Scrum Business Analyst (CSBA) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).Experience working with content management systems (CMS).SQL skills.Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.About Paxus - Technology + Digital TalentPaxus values diversity and welcomes applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
