If you have a background in asset maintenance and are eager to engage in proactive maintenance planning, this role is for you.
You will provide specialist advice and support in infrastructure, planning, and asset management, ensuring the modernisation and optimisation of critical facilities across Queensland.
What you'll be doing Participating in teams to formulate innovative infrastructure solutions.
Preparing and analysing data for accurate reporting.
Managing operational issues to meet outcomes and timelines.
Providing secretariat support for project governance.
Preparing ministerial correspondence, briefings, and reports.
Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.
Contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Assisting in policy, guideline, and procedure development.
Performing other duties as directed.
What you need to bring Extensive experience in asset maintenance and proactive planning.
Proven ability to export, sort, and collate data, and prepare documents.
Experience in meeting attendance, report tracking, and inbox management.
Strong skills in data analysis and presentation.
Experience in secretariat support and operational management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Background in developing infrastructure-related policies and procedures.
