About the Role These newly created Senior Business Partner Portfolio Services roles, established as part of a realignment, offer a unique and exciting opportunity to shape and enhance strategic operations.
A key focus of these roles will be to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to senior leadership teams, ensuring the seamless coordination, integration and analysis of services within the assigned Portfolio.
Embedded within the Portfolio team, these roles operate as a trusted advisor, driving innovation, efficiency and impactful change across the organisation.
You will foster collaboration and professional growth within teams, ensuring a positive culture while identifying and implementing process improvements.
The Senior Business Partner leads integrated business planning, allocates resources effectively and ensures the delivery of high-quality support systems.
Through leadership and partnership, these positions play a critical role in achieving corporate outcomes and influencing priorities, policies and organisational success.

About You We are wanting to hear from dynamic professionals with a strong background in Business Administration, Management or a related field, paired with proven expertise in project management within a large, complex organisation.
