Total Remuneration Package $191,958.
Package includes salary of $170,090 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
The Senior Business Partner, People and Culture is responsible for high-level advice and consultancy to management that connects business challenges on complex workforce-related issues to People and Culture strategies that meet the goals specified in the TAFE NSW Strategic Plan.
The successful candidate will directly support the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE) project and must be willing to travel regionally as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations including Western Sydney, Hunter & Illawarra Regions.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Degree qualifications in related field or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated senior level experience in delivering an effective People and Culture business partnering model with clear linkages to business strategies and results at the operational level.
Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality business advice to senior stakeholders within a complex organisation.
Demonstrated application of high-level stakeholder engagement and relationships management skills, issues resolutions, and expectations management.
Well-developed knowledge of contemporary HR practices and issues, people and safety policies and procedures and associated government legislation.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills whilst developing key working relationships.
Team player who is professional, resilient and highly agile with the ability to adapt to working across various business units, projects and stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivering results, have extensive and proven experience in a similar role, and can confidently demonstrate that you fulfil all the essential requirements outlined in the position description.
