We now have an outstanding opportunity within the Halliday team for a savvy, proactive and creative Senior Business Manager (Sales). This position is responsible for securing advertising and sponsorship opportunities via across all media assets (print, digital, sponsorship, and future developments).
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Business Manager (Sales) will play a pivotal role in achieving advertising targets by creating bespoke, cross-selling proposals for clients in industries including wine, travel, hospitality and retail.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to secure advertising partnerships across all Halliday media assets to achieve advertising and sponsorship revenue targets.
Independently creating and presenting customised client proposals.
Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with existing and prospective Halliday advertising partners, ensuring a regular virtual and in-person call cycle.
Overseeing commercial activities within a designated client area.
Collaboration with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Product, Design) to ensure successful campaign execution.
Preparing campaign analysis reports and presentations.
Partner with the Commercial Director to identify and develop new revenue streams, ongoing.
About you:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate media Sales Manager with a proven history of developing and driving successful revenue-generating outcomes in a similar cross-selling environment. With a keen ability to develop a sustained and genuine understanding of their client's goals, the successful candidate will have a collaborative approach and exceptional stakeholder relationship skills to ensure successful advertising campaign objectives are met.
