Senior Business Manager and Executive Officer to CDO Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development
Details: Digital Data and Technology Solutions are looking for a high-performing individual for the role of Senior Business Manager and Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). In this role, you will manage the office of the Chief Digital Officer, including facilitating workflow, coordinating all communication, and managing and prioritising all administration. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality control and administration of all governance documentation related to the office.
While in this role you will:
Operate with a high degree of independence while working collaboratively across Digital Data and Technology Solutions and Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) to ensure priorities are achieved.
Liaise with highly influential stakeholders and their offices on behalf of the Chief Digital Officer, including ministers, the Head of Service, the Under Treasurer, and Directors-General.
Engage with CMTEDD executives and their business units, other ACTPS directorates, and external stakeholders on behalf of Digital Data and Technology Solutions.
Provide high-level executive administrative and secretarial services to the Chief Digital Office and the Group.
Coordinate reporting and provide secretarial and administrative support through a range of activities including the preparation of agendas, papers required for meetings, and the recording, transcribing, and distribution of minutes for meetings.
Facilitate and monitor the timely flow of correspondence to meet deadlines.
Contribute to the skilling, development, and mentoring of the EO and EA network to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

Coordination and secretariat experience would also be beneficial in this role.
