We exist to make public spaces better and brands unmissable, proudly leading the market with innovation, creativity, data and results.About the opportunityThe Senior Business Manager (SBM) in Adelaide plays a key role within the Agency Sales team, responsible for supporting the Group Sales Leader in mentoring and guiding a team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business strategy into actionable goals for the Adelaide territory.Consistently execute go-to-market (GTM) activities, ensuring alignment with oOh!'s overall sales standards and objectives.Oversee and lead the team's quarterly account planning, forecasting, and execution processes to support targeted revenue growth.Regularly review sales pipelines and activity levels, identifying gaps and providing strategic guidance to drive optimal revenue performance across all formats and networks.Actively engage in prospecting, preparing, pitching, and participating in business opportunities to model sales excellence and high standards for the team.Provide in-market support to Business Managers, offering consistent coaching and feedback to enhance individual performance and impact in the field.Collaborate closely with other Business Managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to effectively position oOh!'s products and solutions within the Adelaide market.Represent oOh! at client events and social engagements, building and strengthening relationships with clients while enhancing brand presence in Adelaide.Drive up-selling and cross-selling efforts on key accounts to unlock new business avenues.Manage the after-sales process to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.Skills & ExperienceIdeally you'll have minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Management (sales) function within media and advertising.
