WorkCover WA is seeking to recruit a dynamic, professional and passionate Senior Business Intelligence Developer reporting to the Manager Data and Analytics.
The position operates within the Corporate Services division and the Business Intelligence team. The role undertakes a wide range of activities to support the provision of timely advice to the Board, Minister and Corporate Executive on the performance of the workers compensation scheme.
What we are looking for: Considerable skills and experience in interrogating data warehouses and data extraction, performance monitoring and reporting, using data visualisation techniques and sophisticated BI tools (i.e. Power BI or other comparative visualisation tools). Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in requirements gathering and working with stakeholders to establish business performance reports and dashboards. Considerable experience in business performance analysis and investigation from large and complex data sets using BI tools to inform recommendations for change and the resolution of issues. Demonstrated excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce technical and non-technical documentation. WorkCover WA currently has one position available to be filled on a fixed-term 12 month contract, full-time basis.
