That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThe Business Intelligence Analyst develops routine and pro-active claim analysis, creates a visual representation of data and communicates this analysis to relevant stakeholders, in order to support the TAC's clients in getting their lives back on track.About the TeamThis role will be a part of our Business Insights team within the Performance, Risk & Strategy division which is responsible for providing high quality corporate statistical information in order to support the TAC's clients.You will be supported by a Manager who encourages the team to be proactive and think outside the box, while working collaboratively to achieve the division's shared goals.Working closely with the Business Insights team, you will develop reporting, such as scorecards, KPIs, targets, and dashboards for claims management.What we're looking forStrong leadership skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders and collaboration skills to determine improved solutions.Highly developed analytical and data manipulation skillsExpertise in coding with either SAS/SQL and/or visualization skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Qlik.Meticulous attention to detailIdentifying and communicating trends and alerting management to areas of interest.Why you'll love it hereThere's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
