Right now, we're seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst develops routine and pro-active claim analysis, creates a visual representation of data and communicates this analysis to relevant stakeholders, in order to support the TAC's clients in getting their lives back on track.
About the Team

This role will be a part of our Business Insights team within the Performance, Risk & Strategy division which is responsible for providing high quality corporate statistical information in order to support the TAC's clients.
You will be supported by a Manager who encourages the team to be proactive and think outside the box.
Working closely with the Business Insights team you will develop reporting, such as scorecards, KPIs, targets and dashboards for claims management.

What we're looking for

Proven Leader: Strong leadership skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders and collaboration skills to determine improved solutions.
Highly developed analytical and data manipulation skills: Expertise in coding with either SAS/SQL and/or visualisation skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or Qlik.
Meticulous attention to detail: Identifying and communicating trends and alerting management to areas of interest.
