Salary: $100,000.00 - $1,320,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various channels like web, trials, seminars, and conferences to identify prospects with high potential.Engage in outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to evaluate business needs of prospects and propose the next steps in their sales journey.Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors to build targeted lists, develop strategic outreach plans, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.Manage the sales pipeline through effective use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) ensuring the tracking of leads, sales activities updates, and achievement of monthly sales metrics.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our SaaS products and services, and effectively communicate the competitive advantages and industry trends to prospects.Take proactive steps to impact the company's expansion by bringing in new leads and contributing constructively from lead generation to deal closures.Minimum Position Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or relevant roles with a solid track record in outbound prospecting and B2B SaaS sales.Demonstrated success in qualifying and nurturing leads to meet business objectives.Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and engaging clients across various levels professionally.In-depth understanding and experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce.Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a meticulous approach to organization and detail.Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.Robust outbound lead generation skills and a big-picture understanding of the sales processes in a competitive SaaS landscape.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading sales teams and crafting strategy documents that highlight potential growth opportunities.Strong technical acumen with the ability to leverage new technologies to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.Background in working across ANZ markets with a comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics and business environments.Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Advanced skills in prospecting, lead generation, and sales execution.Strategic thinker with capabilities in detailed and complex sales negotiations.High level of motivation, self-direction, and tenacity.Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technology to maximize productivity and response times.Benefits: Opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-growing international company.Work in a dynamic and innovative team environment where creativity and initiative are encouraged.Impactful role with direct contributions to the expansion and success of the company.Competitive compensation package including a comprehensive benefits plan.
