Senior Business Development Manager - Victoria Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services)
Full time
We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Manager to lead our VIC sales team.
You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining profitable business relationships across our Residential Non-Conforming / Specialist lending and Commercial Mortgage products.
You will serve as a business mentor to your network of brokers, proactively assisting them in expanding their networks and referral sources.

What you will bring
Proven experience in Non-Conforming / Specialist and Commercial Mortgage lending with demonstrated excellence in business development and relationship management Strong interpersonal and communication skills backed by a history of providing memorable service and advice Established market presence with aggregator and key broker groups in the Non-Conforming / Specialist and Commercial lending space.
Thorough understanding of consumer & commercial lending policies and legislation.
Ability to onboard new broker groups and retain relationships with existing brokers and aggregator partners.
High level Stakeholder management and negotiation skills Experience in developing growth strategies, plans and implementing business strategies to win new business Experience working to and exceeding targets A full and current driver's license Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities
Provide a proactive experience to brokers, aggregators, and their customers A focused visiting strategy and high levels of broker interaction to guarantee an active market presence in Victoria.
Proactively manage a sales pipeline and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers in relation to new residential specialist loans and commercial loan enquiries Help educate brokers about residential specialist and commercial loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth About BNK
