About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our client's strategic sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced BDM with a hunter mentality, capable of identifying and winning new business opportunities for large-scale projects. You will be responsible for mapping markets, developing strategic sales plans, and converting leads into significant revenue. The focus is on driving growth and expanding the business's footprint in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the building and construction sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals on large projects. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and market approaches. Skills & Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in large-scale projects. Strong market analysis and mapping skills with the ability to identify key opportunities. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
