About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our APAC Team, the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine. In this role you will play a pivotal role in promoting our cutting-edge Pitram software solution.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be at the vanguard of our continuous growth strategy. Your exceptional skills in sales, relationship building, and persuasive communication will be vital in driving customer engagement & overall commercial success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identify and target new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline and driving sales growth for our Pitram product.
Maintain effective relationships with our existing customers.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Drive the 360 sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Liaise with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure satisfactory product delivery and client training.
Coordinate key stakeholders in management, operations, product management and development divisions to deliver proposals within required deadlines.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be a skilled hunter and possesses expertise in software / OEM sales (ideally within Mining).
Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Strong sales experience, ideally within software / OEM sales.
Strong hunter mentality.
Comfortable with occasional site travel.
Excellent customer service, communication, and objection handling skills.
Methodical, structured approach will be advantageous for this role.
Mining related experience, ideally within an underground environment is desirable but not essential.
