Key Responsibilities:Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and client meetings to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Networking: Attend industry events and engage in professional networking to expand business opportunities and build relationships.
Client Engagement: Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase our bespoke IT solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Strategic Sales Execution: Utilize KPIs and metrics to drive performance, meet sales targets, and achieve business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on client strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Qualifications:Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT solutions.
Metrics-Driven: Strong ability to leverage KPIs to inform decisions and achieve results.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to leverage professional connections to generate leads and grow business.
Tenacity: Persistent, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services and solutions is highly advantageous.
