Cranecorp Australia is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the ranks and grow our network of tier one mining and mining services clients, and secure ongoing contracts to drive business success.
Our ideal candidate will possess an established network within the Western Australia Mining industry and the ability to drive company growth.
Having experience in Crane/Heavy vehicle hire is a bonus, but not as essential as a long-term mining career.
About you8 plus years mining and associated industries experience related to the position.Demonstrated experience in developing long term, trusting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Experience in Crane/Heavy vehicle hire advantageous.Strong communication, presenting and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.Current C-Class Driver's Licence.National Police Clearance.Pass Pre-Employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.What your day will look likeIdentify, develop and execute strategies for new business opportunities, including creating and managing an annual business development plan.Build and leverage existing network to create new opportunities to meet growth targets.Present proposals to clients and provide access to expertise within the company to support the client's decision-making process.Negotiate and close major CraneCorp Australia acquisition agreements.Monitor and report on BD activities and KPI's progress.Attend industry trade and consumer events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings/seminars.What's in it for you?Autonomy to perform your role.Negotiable package based upon prior experience and successes.Represent a respected and successful brand and product.Mon-Friday role with some after-hours work to attend events on our behalf.Join an established team - you won't have to fly solo in this role.About Cranecorp Australia Pty LtdCranecorp Australia Pty Ltd are one of the largest providers of mobile cranes across Western Australia with experience stretching over 25+ years.
