How you will make an impactPresent expertly considered solutions to new and existing customers and help solve some of their most complex Cyber Security challenges.
Day to day you will:Develop and execute a sales plan that expands the CyberCX customer base and achieves defined sales targets.Own your customers' experience and journey from solution proposition through transition to delivery.Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering to understand client needs and preferences.Maintain strong knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and the ability to present them with intelligence and conviction.Respond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes/proposals/tenders.Develop and implement new sales initiatives to drive new business.Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.Skills & Qualifications5+ years of IT sales experience, with meaningful experience selling technology services or information security services to enterprise size clients.Proven experience as a hunter and farmer in developing and executing on a sales plan.A record of consistently exceeding quota.Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling experience.Experience selling cyber security services highly regarded.Defence Industry B2B sales experience highly regarded.This role requires full working rights in Australia, without current or future sponsorship.
