Through a strong customer base and growing revenue, we are rapidly expanding and have multiple opportunities available.
You will be responsible for generating new business by working with both existing customers and identifying new customers. This includes developing a thorough understanding of their business needs and providing solutions-based proposals.
Liaising closely with our premium partner Telstra, you will foster strong relationships with team members to drive collaborative outcomes in line with business sales plans and shared goals.
How you will be measured:
Quarterly GP sales target generated through identifying and closing new business opportunities
Pipeline management by generating interest in company service offerings
Increase customer base through increased annuity revenue
Effective customer interaction through meetings, demonstrations, calls, etc.
Develop strong customer relationships by providing superior service and taking ownership
Develop proactive sales plans to drive team delivery and provide proactive thought processes
How you will be rewarded:
Uncapped commissions with negotiable base (dependent on experience and capabilities)

How you will be successful:
Experience with Telstra Enterprise products and services (desirable but not essential)
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B selling
An extensive pre-existing relationship across the WA ICT industry
An extensive pre-existing relationship across decision makers within local and national organizations
Proven track record of driving sales-based success through the identification and development of business opportunities
Previous experience in customer relationship management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development and presentation of customer proposals
Project and time management skills to ensure objectives are met within agreed timeframes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative approach to working together in a team environment
