Your New Role
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be taking on a pivotal role that's brand new to our business. This is your chance to shape and define how we approach business development internally for the very first time.
You'll lead the charge in driving our sales strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and opening up new markets. Your ability to strategise and execute will be vital in positioning frank green as a leader in sustainable products, ensuring our customer base grows and thrives. You'll be making a lasting impact on our growth trajectory and long-term success.
Your Day to Day
Lead and manage the sales performance within the Australian independents channel in your regionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targetsDevelop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clientsConduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategiesPrepare and present sales proposals, negotiating terms as neededWhat You Need
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCGA strong track record of achieving business growth targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrategic thinking with problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales toolsWillingness to travel and a valid Australian driver's licenseThe Perks
