About The Role and The Duties: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, with a proven ability to build and leverage networks in our industry, to support our Brisbane team. Whilst the successful candidate will be supported by an existing team, they will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas:
Have existing relationships with Commercial Real Estate and/or Industrial Real Estate networks Proven capacity to build and leverage meaningful relationships with personal and professional individuals and networks Proven ability and obvious enthusiasm for converting networking leads to generate sales Ability to work to robust KPI's with a high level of accountability (you need to be organised) Excellent attention to detail, including written and presentation skills Build and maintain a strong, fast-moving pipeline of partners & prospects to deliver revenue expectations Industry knowledge of refurbishment and interiors industry, in particular Design, Project and Construction Management is favourable, but not essential. Your background may be a Commercial or Industrial Real Estate Agent, Leasing Agent or Tenant Rep.
