The Role: Make Your Mark in Growth & Innovation!
As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in expanding our reach in Victoria. This is a dynamic role focused on achieving strategic revenue targets, developing key partnerships with key referral sources like hospital discharge services and supported housing, and driving business growth. You'll also work closely with our leadership team to enhance our CRM systems and processes while playing a pivotal role in developing the sales capabilities of our team. Key Responsibilities You'll Own: Expand Nextt's footprint in Victoria by building a network of partnerships that drive growth and enhance brand awareness.Spot new opportunities in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sectors, aligning with our growth strategy by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.Collaborate on CRM development and improvements by working closely with our leadership team to implement effective processes and reporting.Enhance team sales capability by providing guidance and mentorship to foster skills development and elevate performance.Develop strong relationships with SDA partners and explore new collaborations, ensuring satisfaction and sustained growth.Stay ahead of market trends with a keen understanding of industry shifts to identify new sales avenues.Keep SIL vacancies low by managing placements effectively and meeting KPIs on time.About You: You bring at least 3 years' experience in business development, ideally in the Health or Disability sectors.You're a natural connector with a knack for building relationships that lead to sustainable growth.Hands-on experience with CRM systems and the ability to drive process improvements and reporting functionality.You have solid financial and commercial skills to back your decisions, with experience in forecasting and market analysis.You're a project management pro, with a track record of delivering projects on time.Skilled in sales capability development, with the ability to mentor and guide teams to success.A background in Sales or Marketing is a plus, but your passion and drive to make a difference are what we value most!Why Nextt?
