Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development ManagerReporting directly to the State Distribution Manager NSW/ACTSydney CBD location / flexible workThe Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM)/ Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic collaborative partnerships with a dedicated panel of complex, high value Vero brokers. SBDMs influence and collaboratively network with underwriters, claims and credit teams to deliver customer-focused service to help brokers grow their business. SBDMs are responsible for joint strategy development and objective setting with Brokers and following through on all supporting activities to ultimately deliver GWP retention, profitable growth and broker satisfaction.
