Role Highlights Each year, RFI Global interviews 500,000 consumers and 100,000 corporates across 48 markets globally, using a combination of face-to-face, CATI, and online methodologies.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record and a proactive approach to drive the expansion, growth, and success of the region.
A background in financial services sales and/or data solutions, research, or consulting sales is desirable.
You will build trusted relationships and quickly understand clients' business objectives, translating them into compelling solutions that drive margin and growth.
The role also involves supporting the creation of new products for both existing and new clients by identifying market needs and collaborating with local and global colleagues to design solutions, then securing sales revenue for those clients.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for achieving a nominated monthly new business target through individual sales and team performance, primarily by winning new accounts for RFI.
Key Responsibilities Skilled sales professional with a strong track record and a proactive approach Demonstrable experience of selling value-add solutions into banks and financial institutions (e.g., Retail Banking, FinTech, Credit Unions, Big Tech, and Schemes) Ability to sell to senior and C-Suite stakeholders, ideally to roles such as CEO, COO, CMO, Head of Product, Head of Insights, or Head of Strategy 10+ years of experience and a track record of meeting personal sales quotas, with at least 75% of this coming from new business rather than renewals/existing accounts A keen appreciation of the impact of research, data, and insights on informing business strategy and improving business outcomes Ability to execute the end-to-end sales process Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, 'go-getter' mindset Critical thinking and creativity Intellectual curiosity Client outcome-focused Adaptive and resilient An established network of relevant contacts Essential Requirements Background in Banking and Financial Services Experience winning new business within the FS ecosystem and developing enterprise accounts Comfortable managing and delivering a seven-figure target Consistent sophisticated client exposure Experience delivering on commercial outcomes Proven experience running a self-sufficient sales process Exceptional communication skills, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills Critical thinking Client outcome focused Established network of contacts Benefits Flexible working arrangements Regular employee awards 25 days annual leave + public holidays + birthday leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
