About the role We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to uplift organisational data capabilities, delivering in-depth data analysis and developing reporting products that provide insights into business performance, key risks, and trends. The role includes extracting and interpreting complex datasets and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
The primary objectives of the role will be to:
Engage with stakeholders on current and emerging data requestsEstablish and maintain reliable data using business intelligence processes and toolsDevelop impactful and easily understood reports/dashboard using data visualisation techniquesContribute to projects related to system implementations and upgradesSkills and experience Experience in data visualisation and dashboard reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BIStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify systems and processes requiring improvementAbility to interpret complex data and relay this to diverse audiencesAbility to work collaboratively and build strong networks with stakeholders.VGSO offers an inclusive, collegiate and collaborative work environment with excellent career opportunities.
