About the branch The Corporate Services branch plays a crucial role in enabling VGSO's overall success by providing essential support and strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
About the role We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to uplift organisational data capabilities, delivering in-depth data analysis and developing fit-for-purpose reporting products that provide insights into business performance, key risks and trends.
The primary objectives of the role will be to:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders on current and emerging data requestsEstablish and maintain transparent, reliable and timely data using business intelligence processes and toolsDevelop impactful and easily understood reports/dashboards using data visualisation techniquesContribute to projects related to system implementations, customisations and upgradesSkills and experience Experience in data visualisation and dashboard reporting, including competency using tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BIStrong analytical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to identify systems and processes requiring improvementAbility to interpret complex data and relay this to diverse audiencesAbility to work collaboratively and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.VGSO offers an inclusive, collegiate and collaborative work environment where you will be well-supported and mentored to develop your knowledge.
