Excitingly no 2 days will be the same and some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Assisting the sales team with Bid coordination, tender/contract administration, and customer proposals.Utilising creativity to develop engaging presentations and storyboards for upcoming meetings.Providing support in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of finance transformation strategic initiatives.Providing secretariat support to senior stakeholders, including the Investment Management Committee and CFO, by managing agendas, coordinating schedules, and taking minutes during meetings.Assisting in planning and organising monthly team meetings and semi-annual conferences for the CFO division.About you!Embracing this unique opportunity, you will bring the following skillset to the application:Highly organised and can successfully manage conflicting deadlines.Ability to work autonomously and also proactively with various stakeholders.Proven ability to utilise your creative nature through storyboards and presentations.Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate through multiple programs and systems.Previous experience with providing secretariat support and minute-taking.What's in it for you?New state-of-the-art office located in Parramatta.Substantially extended Sick, Carers, and Parental leave.Flexible working-from-home arrangements.
